For the women who grew up in childhood trauma and want to do relationships and motherhood different,

Our childhood doesn't just stay in our childhood. We take it with us and unless worked on it, it impacts every single area of our life. Our relationship with ourselves and others, our ability to attach; how we show up in motherhood, our marriage, and our ability to communicate, regulate, and show up in hard situations.

When we enter a relationship or motherhood, our past gets triggered A LOT.
This is because pain, hurt, and wounds don't just "go away" or "get better." We can get better at ignoring and functioning with the wounds, but eventually they come up and out - and often onto the people we don't want it to impact the most, - our children or partner.

So what do you do?
You learn to heal, release, and grow into the individual and mother you want to be - no matter what you grew up in.
And I'm here to support you the entire way.

Want to learn how?
I have three methods of support:

The Securely Her Collective
Courses
1:1 Sessions

Whichever method you choose, you will be supported with identifying, naming, and better understanding deep hurts that still show up today.
You'll learn to release, reframe, and rewire parts of you that need to feel safe and learn to do it different.

You'll learn how to create a safe space within and around you, securely attach, feel more connected with yourself and others, improve your ability to have healthy relationships, break generations of dysfunction and hurt, and show up as the individual, wife, partner, and mother you want to be.

My personal Journey.
I know reaching out isn't easy. It can often feel scary, vulnerable, and you can question the honesty and value of someone's work.

I created Securely Her in part due to my own journey of healing relationship wounds and ending generational trauma. I felt incredibly alone during parts of my healing journey, lost, and stumbled along the way many times. It was when I finally reached out and asked for support that I started to truly experience the hope, healing, and life of relationships I wanted.

With over ten years of experience in my profession and work as a licensed clinician/therapist, I not only have the personal experience, but the professional experience too. My passion has grown not only from my own life experience, but sitting across from so many women that have felt isolated, hopeless, and like there's no point in relationships due to hurt they've experienced.

But there really is hope. Relationships and motherhood are beautiful experiences we can embrace with all their complicated beauty. If we want them. And if you do, I'm here to support you along the way.

Just share your email address below and I'll email you more information on how to start your journey asap.
